5. Responsible for providing hardware technical support for product RMA analysis and assisting the FA department in completing FA analysis reports;
Job Responsibilities:1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Optoelectronics or related fields;
2. Proficient in analog and digital circuit design; skilled in using hardware circuit design tools;
3. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in optical module product hardware development and familiarity with the optical module MSA protocol;

Technical Support Engineer

4. Possesses strong resilience and a service-oriented mindset;
Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support for optical module products, including pre-sales technical communication, customer technical specification training, and internal dissemination;
2. Responsible for providing testing support, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical services during the optical module sample testing phase;
3. Market application and competition information collection, research, and analysis;
